DO any of these sound familiar?
• Do you often feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, even when you know what needs to be done?
• Do you find yourself procrastinating or stuck in “task paralysis,” even though you want to move forward?
• Have you spent years feeling like you need to work twice as hard just to keep up with others?
• Were you diagnosed with ADHD later in life, or suspect you might have it?
• Do you struggle with burnout, focus, or managing your energy day to day?
Still POINT ADHD COACHING
Support for adults with ADHD who want TO GET UNSTUCK AND MOVE FORWARD
For much of my life I felt capable, creative, and full of ideas — yet constant overwhelm derailed my life or quietly exhausted me. My ADHD was recognised later in life, which brought both relief and grief. I realised there was nothing wrong with me but I was a square peg in a round hole. Through recovery, reflection, and a holistic approach to living with ADHD, I began to build habits rooted in compassion, honesty, and acceptance. That experience is what now shapes my coaching — an approach for people, like me, who want to unlock their true potential and reshape their future.
ADHD, ADdiction & CompuLsive behaviour coaching
ADHD Isn’t a Discipline Problem.
It’s a Regulation Problem.
The problem
Most of us grew up hearing:
“Try harder”
“Be more disciplined”
“Sort yourself out”
So when you keep looping-drinking, spending, bingeing, scrolling, chasing -you assume it’s a willpower issue…… IT’S NOT!
ADHD isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a dopamine regulation problem.
Fast brain. Bored quickly. Chase intensity. Crash hard. Look for relief. REPEAT.
You can want change badly and still feel stuck.
That’s not weakness.
That’s a nervous system that’s never been fully understood.
The solution
The stillpoint way
A clear way forward. Built from lived experience. Long-term sobriety. Mindfulness. Real structure.
No strict rules. No preaching. Five principles.
